The role: Education assistant

You will be working as an Education Assistant working in a mainstream primary school in a year 2 class. You must have level 2/3 teaching assistant course and3 months experience working in schools, level 3 childcare. For this Education assistant role you will be working in small groups or on a 1:1 basis with students and encourage them to participate in lessons. You will also assist in the preparation of lesson plans and materials. Support the teacher in the classroom by providing instruction and guidance to students. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teacher. Assist with grading and record keeping.
