The main focus of this role is to effectively manage and deliver high-quality proposal responses for the Engineering Delivery Partner (EDP) contract. Key responsibilities include:

Leading task scoping and detailed pricing activities.
·
Collaborating with various team members to provide clear, concise, costed proposals within deadlines.
·
Engaging with EDP Partner companies and other providers to determine optimal delivery arrangements.
·
Planning, coordinating, and managing the bid process, including facilitating proposal workshops.
·
Serving as a central point of contact for EDP proposals.
·
Ensuring compliance with corporate processes and procedures.
·
Monitoring bid proposal delivery progress and ensuring timely submission.
·
Driving continuous improvement in bidding practices.
In terms of location, our offices are in Bath, Bristol, London, Fareham, Weymouth & Plymouth, with flexible and hybrid working arrangements available. Regular travel to the Bristol office is required. This is a full-time position.
About you

Key requirements for this role include:

Proven experience in proposal management/tender preparation.
·
Understanding of the defence/engineering/consultancy industry is preferred.
·
Knowledge of bidding/proposal practice, procurement processes, and quality systems.
·
Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
·
Strong communication and presentation skills.
·
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
·
Collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and partners.
·
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
·
Dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
·
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
