Editorial Team Leader

Do you enjoy building trusted partnerships with both clients and external experts? We are looking for a Editorial Team Leader to help grow our virology portfolio and support the development of a team of writers.
In collaboration with the client services account lead, you will be responsible for shaping the communications strategy, designing educational programmes and ensuring a high science focus. The two global accounts, with a leading pharmaceutical company, include both medical affairs and commercial activities, giving you the opportunity to design and deliver a portfolio of work for a variety of audiences. As a senior member of the scientific team, you will line manage and mentor writers, helping to shape team development. As we look to expand our footprint in virology, there will be the opportunity to collaborate on business development opportunities.
This role would suit someone seeking office or hybrid work. Our team is based in our London and Manchester offices, with some members also in our Macclesfield office. If you are currently a Principal Medical Writer, Editorial Team Lead or Scientific Director there may be some flexibility in this position to suit your application, which can be discussed informally after you have applied.
