We are looking for someone who is interested in pursuing a career in publishing and who is passionate about peer review, processes, learning, innovation, and customer service.The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting two Account Managers with flagship accounts as well as the opportunity to manage their own customer accounts for the company. We expect them to be proactive in seeking and suggesting improvements to workflows and processes. They need to have a keen eye for detail and be able to multitask at a high quality and accuracy level.ALPSP members can submit details of job vacancies for free.
