Job Description: As an Early Career Teacher (ECT) at our school, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of our students. Working closely with experienced mentors and supportive colleagues, you will have the opportunity to develop your teaching skills, gain valuable classroom experience, and contribute to the vibrant learning community of our school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
• Assessing student progress and providing timely feedback to support their learning journey.
• Collaborating with colleagues to develop innovative teaching approaches and resources.
• Participating in professional development opportunities and reflecting on your practice to enhance teaching effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a teacher training program with an expected completion date this year.
• Passion for teaching and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young learners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
• hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to undertake a new one.
