We are seeking an enthusiastic ECT to join our dynamic team and take on the rewarding role of covering classes and providing support within our vibrant KS2 department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Covering KS2 classes in the absence of the regular teacher
• Providing support to teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons
• Supporting the learning and development of KS2 students through individualized attention and group activities
• Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the KS2 curriculum and activities

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it
• Recent experience working with KS2 students, either through placements or employment
• Passion for teaching and a genuine desire to inspire and motivate young minds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic educational environment
