GSL Education is currently seeking to appoint an enthusiastic ECT Math Teacher at a mixed all-through school in the vibrant community of Redbridge. we believe in fostering a love for learning and empowering students to reach their full potential. ECT Math Teacher Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons to students across all age groups in our mixed all-through school.
• Plan and prepare high-quality teaching materials, ensuring differentiation to meet the needs of all learners.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school through involvement in extracurricular activities and school events.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and support the continuous improvement of teaching and learning in the mathematics department.

ECT Math Teacher Job Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialism in mathematics.
• Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring young learners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
• Commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children and young people.
• Ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of students.
