Plan and lead the product range offers and promotions in collaboration with commercial and price planning teams and ensure the entire business is coordinated and aligned behind the business priorities. You'll also have the opportunity to be involved in some exciting projects!Ecommerce Trading Executive - responsibilities:Support the e-commerce trading manager to achieve the trading KPI'sManage day-to-day website activity, product launches, proposition changes and contentOptimise site and customer journey during daily site walks and data analysisUse merchandising tools to improve on-site navigation, search, customer journey, taxonomy, basket building techniques and product placementEnsuring all product data, categorisation, filtering and meta-data is present and correct to drive effective SEO optimised website and conversionDrive onsite promotion planning, promotions and extended range that complement the offering to increase sales, conversion rates, AOV and marginHelp analyse opportunities and trends to improve customer journey, range and price by working closely with the commercial teamsAnalyse and improve merchandising on the site and produce relevant reports using Google Analytics and Business ObjectsCollaborating with marketing and design/digital experience teams effectively to ensure website content and communication is effectively displayed and consistentBuild relationships with commercial teams to execute promotions, range changes, opportunities and report on category performanceAssisting to deliver the promotional calendar, by coordinating with traffic driving marketing activities such as email, search/SEO, social media, and other digital marketing channelsOwn and create action plans from site usage and campaign performance, including but not limited to category performance, quality of search, and promotional/event performance; develop and explore new analytics to further understand site performance and usageWhat can this role offer you?2 to 3 days to work from home per weekA competitive bonus schemeContributory and matched pension schemeColleague discountCycle to work schemeCompany events/ charity/ community daysSubsidised studyDiscount across retailers and savings on gym membershipsPersonalised progression plansA fantastic company name on your profileState of the art/ modern officeWhat will you need ideally for this role?Ecommerce trading experienceIdeally from a retail, consumer brandExposure/ experience in SEO/ Google AnalyticsPlease make sure you get your application in today!
