Job DescriptionEcommerce Technical Analyst - Team LeaderChertsey (Hybrid)£65,000 - £70,000 per annumOur client, a globally recognized brand, is seeking a Technical Analyst Lead to join their PMO team. This role will primarily focus on facilitating collaboration between the online experience team, the eCommerce platform partner, and internal support teams.As the manager of a team of 9 members, and reporting directly to the Digital Programme Manager, the Technical Analyst Lead will closely collaborate with Project Managers and the Support team to execute key projects outlined on the roadmap across various work streams.Requirements:Proven experience in managing E-Commerce technical teams and delivering successful projects.Comprehensive knowledge of E-Commerce technologies and platforms, particularly Hybris, and managing third-party integrations.Background in ITIL with the ability to manage issue priority and risk effectively.Familiarity with corporate global ERP systems, preferably with SAP experience.Proficient in Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or ITIL4) is required.GREAT BENEFITS PACKAGE INCLUDEDIf you are an experienced Ecommerce Technical Analyst with leadership capabilities and meet the above criteria, we encourage you to apply with your updated CV.
