Location: BD4 6HNDivision: CommercialContract Type: Permanent - SalariedWe're looking for a new eCommerce Project and Implementation Manager to join our growing eComm team. A hands on role, with the perfect blend of implementation and project management, you will deliver projects and workstreams that drives real change for both the consumer and Hallmark operations. Projects will be both eCommerce front-end specific and cross-functional (Warehouse, Product, IT etc.) blending project management acumen with the technical know-how, to directly implement initiatives, improve operational performance and consumer experience. From project inception to completion and beyond, you’ll have an active role across all aspects of project management and implementation.Your main responsibilities will include: Define and deliver eCommerce-specific and cross-functional projects, as agreed with the Head of eCommerce, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and operational requirements, from inception to full integrationOwn the eCommerce technical development roadmap, driving key initiatives, technological enhancements, and system integrations, as agreed with the Head of eCommerce, to drive our eCommerce platform forward.Manage, prioritize and drive the eCommerce project backlog and technical development roadmapDevelop and maintain an operational understanding of core BAU systems (OMS, WMS, CMS etc.) to ensure projects and BAU activities are aligned and integrated effectively.Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration gaining buy in at all levels to ensure projects are effectively supported across relevant internal teams.Analyze project outcomes and operational processes to identify areas for improvement, leveraging data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.Act as the primary liaison, collaborating effectively with key stakeholders connected to your projects including executive management, Merchandising, Marketing, Development and IT, including all reporting requirementsBe our technical expert investing in your ongoing awareness and understanding of key technological advancements in the market and what eCommerce best practice looks likeUtilize eCommerce analytics tools to track and report on key performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement As new member of our team, we're looking for a confident technical expert, who's equally talented in implementation and technically sound.
