Job Summary:
The eCommerce Operations Specialist manages all aspects of eCommerce operations, including sales and marketing strategies, website management, automation, risk assessment, profitability optimization, data analysis, customer support, and compliance. They ensure a seamless customer journey, maximize profitability, and maintain efficient processes and policies.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of eCommerce operations website across clients' journeys and experiences. Develop the necessary sales and marketing strategies, and execute them. Implement the right tools, software, and technologies for effective website eCommerce operations. Ensure day-to-day website's (Shopify) operations and platform are running smoothly from technical aspects including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel, and promotional campaigns (CMS blocks, Customer Journey, bounce rate, product/merchandise assortments, others). Develop and manage dashboards, reporting structure, OKRs, KPIs, SOPs, Metrics, and Compliance standards. Automate all aspects of the website and eCommerce operations using all the necessary tools, APIs, and plugins. Anticipate the risk factors across the operations, and build business sustainable plans (business continuity management). Elevate the business profitability based on the set goals and objectives using all necessary marketing and branding aspects including social media, SEO, and others. Analyze metrics and data, marketing reports and results, and profit margins. Manage inventories, refunds, customer support, and pricing. Manage and develop processes, procedures, and policies, and make sure that they are up to date and meet international standards and requirements.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience within eCommerce Operations. Fluent in English (speaking, writing, and reading). Good experience with supply chain, procurement, logistics, and warehouse management. Experience in the business-to-consumer (B2C) digital retail market within the eCommerce space. Agile, and ability to work in a face-paced working environment. Startup experience is a big plus. Experience in managing stakeholders, client relations, and vendor management. Excellent communication and presentation skills, time management, and ability to multitask. Good with Project management, reporting, data analysis, and dashboard management. Able to work within the EU timezone.
