Beauty Box team on a 12 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave (April/May 2024 start date)The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a strategic multi-channel marketing plan along with delivering key initiatives and partnerships.Reach Plcis the UK’s largest commercial news publisher, home to the UK and Ireland’s most iconic digital platforms, magazines and newspapersThe Mirror, Daily Express and OK!Liverpool Echo,MyLondon, Birmingham Live and the Manchester Evening News.48 million peoplein the UK & Ireland choose us for news, entertainment and sport, every month.Working with and supporting the wider team to ensure we hit a set of agreed KPIs across standard metrics and across core marketing channels including; Reach print and digital, Meta, Google, Social, influencers, email & SMS.You will have accountability for the monthly marketing budget and photoshoot budget & ensuring both are spent effectively for maximum ROI.You’ll be working closely with inhouse and some external teams to deliver these initiatives but also have the ability and attitude to take on the delivery of some of these yourself where appropriate. We are looking for someone with a flair for marketing and creativity but in the detail around data, analytics and tracking.You’ll also be responsible for delivering key initiatives and partnerships such as identifying talent to collaborate on limited edition boxes along with third party commercial partnerships.Ambassador of the OK! Beauty Box brand, ensuring it is correctly represented across all channels.Deliver the overarching marketing strategyAccountable for the marketing budget, ensuring it’s spent wisely & in areas it will deliver the monthly/annual targets - done in consultation with the Senior Ecommerce Manager.Ownership of the Strategic Marketing Calendar across both monthly & limited edition boxes. Ensuring we have clear line of site on what marketing activities are happening & whenAccountable for planning and overseeing photoshoots for product and talent, including briefing photography & design teams to ensure all marketing assets are available in advance of activities/activation. I.e. print, digital, Meta, email, website ectResponsible for expanding our Influencer activity alongside the creation & rollout of its strategy.Accountable for expanding our organic social activityOwnership of our CRM strategy ensures timely, informative & valued communication at every touchpoint.Key point of contact for partner agencies, ensuring smooth and productive working relationships and processes.Responsible for clearly articulating our marketing plans and results to key stakeholders.Accountable for talent partnerships including identifying and working with on-brand talent partners to produce limited edition boxes5+ years’ experience in Marketing and PartnershipsManaged partner agencies to budget and to targetExperience in campaign executionEcommerce Beauty industry experience would be a great advantageSolid understanding of Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager & CRM.Understanding of the rules and requirements of GDPR, and consented data collectionSelf-motivated, results driven and passion for the beauty & digital industryProven stakeholder management for both internal and external.We can offer a competivie salary + 20% bonus for this role.Plus, as part of the Reach family you’ll have access to a brilliant range of benefits, including:Awesome career opportunities- you’ll have support from your line manager and a range of learning & development programmesHelp saving for your retirement-you can join our pension scheme and we’ll match contributions up to 6%25 days’ holiday per year when you join.After three, five and ten years’ service with Reach, you’ll accrue one additional day of annual leave.
