Role Purpose:
We are looking for a talented and ambitious Ecommerce Manager to focus and drive trading across our four direct to consumer Shopify sites. The ideal candidate will love getting stuck into the detail, have experience combining customer metrics with creative ideas and have a broad range of skills from catalogue management through to CRM. This role will report to Head of Ecommerce.
Key Responsibilities:
As Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery and execution of the commercial calendar, including promotional activities based on budget and NPD launches
Weekly and monthly trade reporting to benchmark results and provide performance insights to the wider business at category level
CRM calendar, collaborating closely with brand and design teams to create best in class email flows and campaigns.
Working closely with supply chain to ensure the product catalogue has the correct stock levels demand.
Working with the Head of Ecommerce on the development and execution of roadmap and optimisations
Conversion rate optimisation
Supporting wider business initiatives with technical support
Project ownership of D2C initiatives.
What we are looking for:
5+ years in an Ecommerce role
Shopify plus experience
GA4, Hotjar and Excel experience
Basic understanding of HTML
Excellent organisational skills.
Bonus:
Are fluent in French or German
Have experience with seasonal businesses
Experience with Klaviyo or basic coding
Previously worked in Beauty.
