Established in 2006, Case work with world-renound designers to create timeless contemporary furniture full of integrity and character.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, diligent and commercially minded E-commerce Manager to join our friendly and growing team at our head office/showroom in Wandsworth, London. The role's core remit will be to help drive our UK and EU online sales via our D2C channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for e-commerce strategy feeding into company growth objectives.
- Briefing and managing web development agencies to deliver a road map that supports an enhanced customer experience of the website.
- Manage all aspects of e-commerce including onsite content, marketing, and trading.
- Responsible for management of D2C sales and growing customer LTV via casefurniture.com including all associated technologies.
- Responsible for all e-commerce sales reporting and reconciliation.
- Management of B2B assets via the Digital Asset Management platform
- Preparing and reporting to the directors on e-commerce performance.
- Responsible for budgetary management and reconciliation of all e-commerce related activity.
- Manage and execute paid acquisition strategy with specialist Paid Media agencies, monitoring results, ROI and new customer growth.
- Responsible for all key consumer initiatives – eg. partnerships, offers, reviews and workflows.
- To support the wider sales and management teams.
- Management of the stock inventory on website and EDI connections to business stock management platform.
Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge and passion for digital marketing and online sales.
- At least 3 years’ experience in an e-commerce role.
- Tech-savvy, with a solid understanding of Shopify or similar e-Commerce platforms.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing tools and apps. Preferably - Klayvio, Gorgias, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads Manager & Pinterest.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- The ability to troubleshoot API and 3rd party connectors to ensure functionality of the website and associated platforms.
- Understanding of audience and profile segmenting and how to utilise those to optimise email and paid media campaigns.
- Creative thinker and problem solver.
- Knowledge of attribution modelling platforms and the ability to read and make intuitive decisions based on the data output of such models.
- Project management skills to ensure efficient and timely delivery of key projects.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Proactive self-starter, with the ability to work autonomously, but at the same time a true team player.
- Experienced in working closely with external agencies and nurturing relationships.
- Action orientation; follows through and drives outcomes.
- Flexibility, willing to support on company initiatives outside of normal remit.

Hours: Mon – Fri 9.30 – 18.00 Fulltime office-based
