3search have partnered with an exciting health and wellness brand to attract and build the new digital and marketing department due to explosive organic growth. As a newly created role, you will work closely with the Head of Growth and Founder to implement a robust and exciting e-commerce strategy. As Ecommerce Manager you will own the end to end site with real accountability of a profitable business in a high growth category. About the role:
Ecommerce ambassador for the business with broad end to end ownership of the site.
Manage all web projects, using expert UX and merchandising skills to optimise the site
As a Shopify expert you will be responsible for the back end while updating and maintaining any changes working closely with the developer.
Monitor and report on KPIs including conversion rate, AOV and LTV with responsibility for maintaining and improving these metrics
Execute AB/Multivariate testing to maximise conversion and engagement on the site
Analyse campaign results, develop benchmarks and create regular performance reports.
expertise on current e-commerce industry best practices, with Trading / CRO focus;
Product launches and uploads on Shopify in line with the release calendar
About you?
5+ years’ and a track record in managing and growing a ecommerce site
Preferably start-up experience and thrives in an entrepreneurial scale-up environment
Experience with Analytical / CRO tools like Google Analytics, HotJar etc
Commercial ecommerce brain who also enjoys being hands-on in all areas.
Expert at Shopify and common 3rd party applications
Have a rock-solid analytical background with experience pulling data and setting KPIs
CRO methodology at the heart of everything you do.
