Hays are representing an animal health and agricultural products supplier to farmers and the rural community to recruit an E-Commerce Manager in Moira.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Retail you will oversee the day-to-day management of the online retail business. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the e-commerce strategy to drive revenue growth and
enhance the customer experience. You will analyse sales data and customer insights to identify trends and opportunities, and ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience for customers across all touchpoints, as well as managing the online product catalogue, including product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience of leading a team in a similar role, with a clear results focus, excited by change and innovation
A detailed understanding of the latest e-commerce technologies and applications;
Experience of Google Analytics and social media insights to optimise promotional plans and track performance
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and social media platforms, SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads & Google Shopping
Strong IT and analytical skills
Experience of managing customer data to make informed decisions on targeted marketing
Business acumen and commercial focus
Knowledge and awareness of the agricultural industry and agricultural products would be an advantage.
