Job Description:
The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive online sales, enhance the customer experience, and achieve business objectives on Amazon Marketplace. This role requires a candidate with extensive experience in managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms, with a specific focus on Amazon.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase sales and profitability on Amazon Marketplace.
Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring high visibility and conversion rates.
Analyse and interpret sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective advertising campaigns and promotions.
Manage Retail (Seller Central and Vendor) and other tools to monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement and help support clients and other marketplaces.
Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
Experience managing e-commerce platforms, with a strong focus on Amazon Marketplace.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful e-commerce strategies.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Excellent understanding of Amazon Seller Central, including FBA, PPC, and SEO.
Experience with inventory management and fulfillment processes.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
