Job Description
One of the UK's leading importers and distributors of wine are looking for someone to scale their D2C business.
With a longstanding reputation within the on-trade and private client space, the business are looking to grow their direct-to-consumer arm, through both their existing store and launching a new subscription offering.
They have an engaged subscriber list but feel they aren't doing enough to engage them, so a large focus of this role will be focus on CRM & content in order to engage existing customers and, ultimately, get them buying more frequently.
You'll also be tasked with reviving their 'wine club' subscription offering, with full autonomy to shape it as you see fit.
It's crucial that you have a passion for wine for this role - you're curious about wine regions all over the world, have a firm grasp on different grape varieties and regions, follow trends in the wine world and have a good understanding of how to communicate to fellow enthusiasts.
The business are looking to give someone a wider remit to implement whatever they see as the best tactics to grow - whether that's focused on CRM & content, CRO and A/B testing on site, investing into paid media & acquisition or something else - it's up to you!
3 days a week in London, working in a great office full of passionate wine lovers. Salary up to £47k base.
