* Excellent people leadership skills
* Experience managing ecommerce sites with high volume SKU's
* Strategic, with strong business acumen / commercially aware
* Success growing business, with quantifiable achievements demonstrating ROI, budgets, turnover % increase etc
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Confident analysing ecommerce data and metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
* A confident approach with great energy, passion and initiative
