Named after a track by ‘The Jam’, Pretty Green provides simple, classic clothing with a modern twist in three distinct labels.Pretty Green is looking for ECOM Manager to oversee and own our digital operations and join our team in London to support the growth of the business.Main duties and Responsibilities:Deliver all product launches and seasonal content updates on time and in line with the Trading & Marketing plan.Day-to-day management of all aspects of the website including site stability and general website admin.Work with the Merchandising team to maintain the accuracy of stock levels and information and maximize the effectiveness of product merchandising on the site.Work with the Design/Production team to ensure product content is accurate and informative.Understand both business and customer requirements and propose enhancements to the website to improve both the customer journey and conversion potential. Reporting & analysis of deployed functionality.Regularly review, analyse, and report on sales performance, site performance and key metrics with a view to explaining current trading performance and identifying areas for future growth.Define, implement, and maintain processes to ensure all website updates and projects are fully tested and launched on time and budget.Develop, maintain, and report on a full spectrum of marketing channels, including: PPC, Paid Social, SEO, Email, CRM, display, retargeting and affiliates.As an Ecommerce Manager you will have: Demonstrated success in eCommerce management and digital marketing ideally within luxury or premium fashion.2-5 years’ experience in an eCommerce role.Excellent hands-on knowledge and experience of PPC, SEO, Affiliates & Social Media Marketing.Understanding of DTC, eCommerce technology, marketplaces, and social commerce.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.Experience working with multiple stakeholders.The successful candidate will enjoy access to engage with a variety of discretional benefits such as:25 days annual leave entitlement + plus Bank holidays each yearGenerous staff discount across a variety of brandsAuto-enrolment into company pension schemeCycle to work schemeCharity time-bank schemeAbility to purchase additional annual leaveAccess to Four Group Gains- online access to a variety of discounts across various retailers
