Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Ecommerce manager to lead and execute our online sales strategy and the performance of our D2C, B2B websites and Marketplaces . Driven by hitting ambitious sales targets, and creating a seamless online buying journey, you’ll have experience working across fast-growing DTC online retail platforms, marketplaces & B2B. With a data-first approach, the right candidate will be a whiz in the wonders of Magento, Woocommerce, Shopify & Amazon, with a finger on the pulse when it comes to the latest developments in web design, UX, CRO, SEO and online retail initiatives. From overseeing e-commerce operations to driving innovation, your main goal will be elevating our websites to a best-in-class brand and retail platform.Responsibilities:• Manage all online activity to drive online sales• Optimise website functionality and user experience to increase conversion rates• Develop and Implement testing and optimisation roadmaps aimed at uplifting vital ecom metrics.• Lead and execute the onsite SEO & Social Media strategy to increase organic traffic to the site and improve rankings.• Own and optimise online product representation• Work closely with Marketing & Operations to build a slick and effective omnichannel experience.• Lead special projects.• Monitor and report on growth KPIs, providing data-backed insights and proposals.• Manage, train and develop the ecommerce assistant and online customer service representative.• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping well informed of developments and opportunities (i.e platform updates) future-proofing the brand’s strategy, and conducting frequent competitor analysis (both in and out of vertical).Skills & Experience:• Minimum of 5 years ecommerce experience in a similar role for DTC retail brand• 2+ years of ecommerce and people management experience.• Demonstrable experience in improving online Sales, CRO, and UX• An expert knowledge of Magento, Woocommerce, Shopify, Google analytics and Supporting tools/apps (Brevo, full google ad suite, analytics, search console, merchant centre, Photoshop.)• Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools.• Experience creating and executing successful SEO strategies.• A strong understanding of digital marketing (PPC, Display, Affiliates, Social, Email).• A strategic, data-focused, analytical thinker with the ability to analyse metrics accurately to generate meaningful insights.• Experience performance managing development agencies and freelancers.• Expert communication skills with experience managing stakeholders.• Fastidious attention to detailSalary:Benefits:Work Location: Hitchin
