This fast-growing business is on the search for their first eCommerce Manager. Having launched the brand only a few years ago, they have grown a cult following and stock in some major retailers.This is a critical hire. They are looking for a well-rounded eCommerce specialist who has a proven track record in both trading and optimisation. This role would suit someone who has experience working in a small start-up environment, who is self-motivated, and excited about having full autonomy of the eCommerce siteAbout the roleDevelop and execute the online trading strategy to drive sales growth.Conduct regular site audits to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.Manage the relationship with the Digital Marketing agency, monitor their performance, and provide guidance on how to improve.Develop and implement a content strategy that drives conversion.Conduct in-depth analysis of website traffic and sales funnels to identify conversion bottlenecks.About youSeveral years experience working in eCommerce ideally in the fashion space.Experience with Shopify (and comfortable with being the go-to).Strong commercial and trade experience, with a deep understanding of how to drive growth within eCommerce.Able to clearly demonstrate success in increasing online sales and improving conversion rates.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
