All our products are cruelty-free, contain naturally derived ingredients, and are expertly blended without unnecessary chemicals.The Opportunity: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Graduate eCommerce Executive to join our dynamic eCommerce team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting trading activities, maintaining website performance, and enhancing customer service excellence, with a focus on improving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue and conversion rates. The Graduate eCommerce Executive will contribute to the growth and optimization of our online retail platform.Key Responsibilities:• Website Trading, Content & Reporting: Collaborate with the Trading Manager and eCommerce Analyst to monitor and report on trading, revenue, site search, PLP, content performance, product performance, and web KPIs.Annotate and analyze Google Analytics and Shopify data to optimize our marketing efforts.Evaluate and implement strategies to enhance the conversion rate and overall customer experience on our Shopify platform.Conduct ongoing SEO maintenance to ensure high visibility and search engine rankings.Present findings, insights, and recommendations in trade meetings.• Website Maintenance Administration: Support day-to-day website operations including merchandising, price updates, site maintenance, product launches, and content updates.Maintain website health through regular assessments, Hotjar reviews, and by addressing speed issues and bugs.Execute merchandising tasks such as bundle setups, banner changes, and pricing updates.Address any other ad-hoc tasks as required.• Customer Services: Serve as the key point of contact for customer service teams – internal and external.Manage end-to-end customer service responsibilities and communications, and resolve issues efficiently.Handle customer inquiries via phone and manage the info box inbox efficiently during peak periods.Compile customer service reports and feedback for continuous improvement.Manage product reviews and support corporate web orders.• Web Operations:Support the planning and execution of web operations including delivery, returns, and payment processes.Coordinate fulfilment and supply chain operations to ensure operational efficiency.Address stock-related issues and participate in warehouse planning meetings.Conduct website testing to ensure optimal functionality.Support the eCom analyst with all stock, inventory, and forecast-related administrative tasks.• Additional Support: Engage in major web technology projects and resolve significant incidents.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, eCommerce, digital marketing, business administration, or a related field.1+ years of experience within an eCommerce/Online Trade or digital team.Shopify Plus experience is preferred.
