Lead the charge on driving profitable customer acquisitionIncrease loyalty and LTV through MOJU’s CRM and subscription serviceTest, learn and optimise with a customer centric approachSupport the wider Marketing team on implementing wider Brand & Product initiativesJob requirementsWhatyou’ll bring to MOJUMinimum 3-5 years' experience in an Ecomm roleSelf-sufficient and be able to operate effectively and solve problems without close supervisionCommercial P&L leadership and understandingExpert in product (website) optimisation and application to maximise user experience and conversionEffortless project ownership and delivery capabilityProven success in managing creative and mediaStrong analytical skillsExperience managing and optimising customer experienceExperience with Shopify, Email provider (e.g Klaviyo), Meta, Google ads, Google analytics and subscription providers (e.g Skio)A strong alignment with MOJU valuesDesired, but not essentialConsumer goods, ideally health and wellbeing or food and beverage sector experiencePassion for product (and ideally nutrition)Experience working with in house creative and design teamsSee the value in and like to live a healthy and active lifestyle (we’re an active bunch!)Our valuesACT EVERGREEN – Build strong and lasting roots.
