The role of the Ecommerce Channel Manager in the newly created global team will be to provide account management to Inco and Medical EOS customers, to grow in line with UK net sales budgets, in addition you will be responsible for providing commercial recommendations for Inco D2C Web Shop (TENA Direct) to maintain sales in line with UK budget.Excellent communication will ensure you maintain regular interaction and relationship building with your team, and collaboration with other stakeholders across the business will be essential to your success.This is a permanent, remote based role (anywhere in the UK) but ideally located near to our offices in Dunstable as occasional travel to this site and other sites around Europe will be required as necessary.

What You Will Do Day to day your role will focus on:Account Management - responsible Inco and Medical EOS customers to grow in line with UK Net Sales budgetProviding commercial recommendations for Inco D2C Web Shop (TENA Direct) to maintain sales in line with UK Net Sales budgetLeading and managing UK Inco and Medical B2C category management activities including product launches and changesLeading and managing UK Inco and Medical e-commerce annual promotional calendar including UK assets with local marketing and rebates with finance Localising ECommerce content and asset development in conjunction with Global Media and Content Manager (Amazon) and local market (non-Amazon)Supporting the ECommerce Manager with developing UK Annual Strategy for Inco and MedicalSupporting the ECommerce Manager with growing UK market in line with ECommerce Customer LandscapeWho You Are The ideal candidate should possess:Demonstrable experience within UK ECommerceExperience in ECommerce Customer Account ManagementBe proactive with an open and ‘can-do’ mindsetCustomer obsessed and high velocity decision makerResults oriented with proven track record in ECommerce growthCourage to propose solutions and recommendations in response to developing opportunities and managing risksFlexibility for some travel to UK customer/internal meetings and EU team meetings/training where required If you can
