Embracing a flexible approach to remote work, they provide the best of both worlds for their team members.Role Summary:As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating e-commerce website builds throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborating closely with Project Managers, Account Managers, and Senior Business Analysts, you will gather client requirements, refine briefs into compelling user stories, and ensure deliverables align with business objectives. With an emphasis on Magento 2 or similar eCommerce platforms, this role requires analytical prowess, problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail.Key Responsibilities:Gather and analyze clients' business requirementsRefine client briefs into well-defined user storiesParticipate in product backlog refinement and sprint demosDesign solutions and collaborate with developers to resolve defectsConduct technical workshops and client meetingsPrioritize workload and meet project deadlinesCompetencies:Ability to break down complex integrations and prioritise effectivelyProficiency in Magento 2 or similar eCommerce platformsFamiliarity with SOAP/REST/GraphQL APIs and web analytics toolsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skillsBasic understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum)Skills and Experience:Proven experience in analytical thinkingKnowledge of eCommerce and/or digital marketing systemsProficiency in MS Excel (or similar)Excellent English communication skillsBenefits:Competitive salary up to £60,000 (DOE)Remote working flexibilityOpportunities for professional development and career growthVibrant office culture with after-work social activities24 days holiday, bank holidays, and birthday offCommitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplaceIf you're passionate about eCommerce and thrive in a collaborative environment, they'd love to hear from you!
