In our rapidly expanding division dedicated to enhancing consumer health, we are growing our team and actively seeking a skilled Brand Manager specializing in CRM and Ecommerce for the UK & Ireland consumer market. This role presents a unique opportunity for you to play a pivotal role in shaping the future, driving brand and product awareness, and fostering growth.

Primary Objective:

As the CRM and Ecommerce Brand Manager, your primary focus will be on ensuring customer retention. You will lead the development, implementation, and optimization of the CRM and Ecommerce strategy tailored to the UK & Ireland markets.

Major Accountabilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive CRM and Ecommerce plans, aligning them with the brand's positioning in the UK & Ireland for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with UK and EMEA teams to streamline and integrate databases, optimizing our CRM infrastructure for efficient campaigns.
  • Scope and develop CRM programs, establish key relationships, and shape projects for successful delivery.
  • Work closely with regional teams, web, and customer teams to facilitate effective customer targeting, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Develop and execute tools and programs for various customer segments to drive engagement, retention, and customer closeness.
  • Analyze and optimize the customer journey and patient support programs using market research and customer insights.
  • Provide weekly reporting on key metrics, collaborating with media agencies and ecommerce specialists to enhance ROAS.
  • Oversee and manage ecommerce content, social channels, and agencies.
  • Assist in preparing marketing plans, financials, and necessary documentation.
  • Manage budgetary responsibilities for promotional campaigns and ensure accurate A&P reporting.
  • Develop segmentation, identify data management and quality issues, and support data migration processes.
  • Liaise closely with support functions, including Medical, Regulatory, Legal, OEC, Customer Services, Manufacturing, External Agencies, and EMEA Marketing.

Education and Background:

  • Further or higher education or equivalent, with a preference for marketing qualifications.
  • Experience in marketing/customer-facing roles and CRM systems.
  • Optional experience in customer-facing/sales roles in FMCG/consumer goods.
  • Thorough knowledge of CRM systems, experience with email marketing platforms, and technical skills (e.g., Selligent).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record of liaising with colleagues and building effective working relationships.
  • Resilient, solution-driven, hands-on approach with experience in digital or customer relations roles.
  • Knowledge of IT compliance, data security, and privacy legislation.
