We are an established group of companies, led by Touker Suleyman (BBC Dragons Den), which includes brands such as Ghost and Finery London.Job title: Ecommerce AdministratorThis role is responsible for ensuring all copy and images are available for launch on our own and 3rd party websites once stock arrives in the warehouse. Also ensuring all marketing assets are ready for campaign launches/key digital trading initiatives and supporting the Head of Creative & Content in ensuring homepage and landing pages are updated weekly with the relevant marketing images.Responsible for supporting the Ecommerce Trading Manager on merchandising the site so products are presented/listed commercially and optimised for driving sales and conversion rates. Ensures the best digital assets are used to deliver the plan and product pages have all the key detail to ensure maximum conversion.Responsible for managing the launch process tracker, ensuring it is kept up to date and the relevant stakeholder’s action their part. Acts as the crucial link between the shoot team, merchandising and e-commerce to ensure that assets are delivered to deadline and ready for season launch.Reports to the Ecommerce Trading Manager (dotted line in to the Creative and Content Manager).Responsibilities:Ensures the launch process deadlines are adhered to so all stock in the warehouse is live on our own and 3rd party sites (unless products are on hold) through managing the launch tracker, so all products can go live on the launch date confirmed by merchandising.Supports the Ecommerce Trading Manager in merchandising the site so key products, bestsellers and newness drops are surfaced to optimise sales and conversion and ensure the site stays relevant to marketing/customer initiatives (e.g., products in emails or marketing campaigns visible at the top of the product listing pages and other key pages).Assist the Ecommerce Trading Manager in managing onsite optimisation such as visual merchandising, product/styling recommendations, upselling/cross-selling, search improvements and
navigation/taxonomy
enhancements.Daily management of the ecommerce range plan and coordinating product launches and uploads, category builds, product detail maintenance and promotional activities.Ensures website homepages and other site landing pages are built in time for key marketing and promotional launches and refreshes. Testing site is optimised for web and mobile pre-launch.Following training on the platform and google analytics, applies a best practice approach to merchandising the site and managing content.Suggests content which may drive sales/conversion.Liaises with the design, pattern cutting and tech team to ensure products are presented and styled on the site as intended and key selling features are promoted on product detail pages (fabric quality, styling features, easy care, versatility in wardrobe etc)Go-to person for sample management across all shoots and adhoc production for shoots.
