Your role involves not only understanding our clients' business goals and challenges but also providing strategic advice on solutions that align with their objectives. Employing a consultative approach, identify upselling opportunities by analysing client needs and recommending additional services that enhance their eCommerce strategy. Actively engage with clients to implement a retention strategy, ensuring ongoing value and preventing churn. Utilise performance tracking to monitor account health metrics, conduct strategic reviews, and tailor advice to help clients maximise their return on investment.
