ECC Project Manager

My client is a long established, leading, Construction and Civil Engineering Consultancy.The company are continually recognised as a world class consultant providing engineering, project and programme management and commercial solutions, to their clients within the energy, infrastructure and Governmental sectors.Providing consistently high results time and time again, they are today supporting many major complex projects and programmes with their skills in commercial and contracts, design and engineering, project delivery and health, safety and environmental services.Due to influx of new and existing work my client is recruiting for an ECC Project Manager. My client will consider those seeking a long-term contract position.The ideal candidate will be based within a commutable distance from the sites in Sunderland. The company will be overseeing projects for Northumbiran Water.There will be a balanced blend of office, site and hybrid working arrangements.Project Manager duties include:Management of the commercial team with site change control and ensuring all cost, value and change control is captured in line with the contract.Management of subcontractors and site personnelEnsure the correct RAMS, Construction Phase Plans and H&S documentation are in place prior to work commencingDevelop and manage the programme to ensure that critical deadlines and budgets are metDemonstrate value engineering throughout the deliveryManage documentation for quality assurance and Health and Safety filesChair monthly progress meetings with clients and stakeholdersAct as representative for the business alwaysEnsure timely and profitable delivery of projects in your remitManage a team of Site Agents, Sub Agents and EngineersThis is a CIS Assingment, for more information please contact Oli at Fawkes and Reece (South) on (phone number removed) for more information.
