Job Description:
As our Business Analyst, you will work to coordinate cross-functional teams to drive forward the change and continuous improvement across a variety of functional areas. These cross-functional teams will include our commercial technologies, so it’s important that you have experience with IT systems and architecture.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop an understanding of specific functional domains and build detailed knowledge of the business operations, business processes and systems within in a specific Business Function
Responsible to maintain and update the Commercial Change Backlog
Works with Subject Matter Experts to ensure solution and ‘to be’ processes are developed and tested to the appropriate level
Responsible to facilitate and coordinate meetings, activities and decision-making process across Commercial and Customer areas to review and prioritise new demand requests through the appropriate governance, evaluating changes to processes and systems, setting business expectations from the start and handover demand to Portfolio
Work with business stakeholders to perform mapping and gap analysis activities using best in class methodologies and tools
Work across multiple business areas to provide business analysis expertise on large scale, complex system or business change
Responsible to work with business stakeholders for preparing, evaluating, prioritise and documenting business requirements adhering to industry standards, best practices for Agile and Waterfall methods
Build relationships with business stakeholders to effectively manage relationships and set expectations
Job Requirements:
Able to share ideas and build constructive relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
Experience of using a variety of digital marketing tools, platforms, resources and metrics
Significant Business Analyst experience of full delivery lifecycle including business case support, project initiation, requirement capture, scope and change management, development support, UAT, early life support and benefits realisation
Highly analytical and able to make decisions based on evidence and data
Nice to have experience of Agile (or similar Lean methodologies) and of actively contributing throughout the delivery process
Significant experience in commercial project streams and delivering business process improvement
