Early Years Teaching Assistant

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Early Years Teaching Assistant for an Outstanding school based in Cheshire.

The school we are working with are seeking a qualified Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support in early years and a designated SEND base. The role includes working with a team of experienced Teaching Assistants to support young children with SEND in which you can support them on a 1:1 basis and offer support in there daily routines.

The role is due to start in September and will continue throughout the new academic year. The role is full time, working 8:30am to 3:30pm and is term time only. The daily rate starts at £83.33 - £90 a day.

The daily responsibilities include -

• Delivering small group activities following set classroom topics.
• Complete sensory activities.
• Encourage engagement and inclusion with pupils.
• Create positive relationships with pupils, parents and peers.
• Work closely as a team and communicate clearly between teams.

To be considered for this role, we will need -

• Proof of Right to Work, this could be your Passport or Birth Certificate.
• A CV that covers 10 years of education or employment.
• A fully enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to process one with us. (We will refund the cost of the DBS)
