Early Years Teaching Assistant (full-time, temporary)

Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire

£85- £95 per day (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

Vision for Education are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to support children aged between 4 and 6 in the classroom under the direction of the class teacher. The Teaching Assistant will ideally have experienced delivering the Read, Write, Inc phonics scheme. This role is varied and will involve supporting children in small groups and on a 1:1 basis starting ad hoc which may lead to a permanent contract for the right candidate.

Requirements:

The desired Early Years Teaching Assistant will:

• Hold a Teaching Assistant qualification
• Have experience delivering the Read, Write, Inc Phonics scheme
• Have recent experience supporting children aged 4 to 6
• Have a patient and caring nature
• Have the ability to engage students
