The School and Role

This ‘Good’ two-form entry primary school, which is based in Blyth, is looking to appoint a part-time Early Years Teaching Assistant. The successful applicant will be required to provide 1:1 support to a child within the Nursery class starting as soon as possible until July 2024.

The Early Years provision is resourceful, vibrant and welcoming which allows children to flourish. This school also encourages outdoor learning and learning through play.

Requirements

The desired Early Years Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience of working with primary school aged children.
• Experience of working with pupils with SEND.
• A passion for the progress of primary school pupils.
• An ability to work as part of a team.
