Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Years Teacher to join a vibrant school in Birmingham. As an Early Years Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons to children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, and supporting the development and progress of young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver creative and age-appropriate lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
* Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment conducive to children's growth and development.
* Assess and monitor children's progress, identifying areas for development and implementing targeted interventions where necessary.
* Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting effective communication and partnership working.
* Collaborate with the Early Years team to plan and implement a rich and varied curriculum that meets the needs and interests of all learners.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
* Experience teaching in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting.
* Sound knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum and pedagogy.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to promoting children's holistic development.
