Position Overview:

We are actively recruiting dedicated Early Years Teachers to fill long-term positions in primary schools throughout Sheffield. The successful candidates will play a key role in fostering a positive and enriching learning environment for young students, utilizing their expertise in Early Years education to make a lasting impact on the academic journey of our future leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and age-appropriate lessons for Early Years students.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student development and well-being.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support the overall educational experience.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.
• Ensure a safe and secure learning environment for all students.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with Early Years students in a primary school setting.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire students while maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.
