Role: Early years teacher (EYFS)

Location: Chesham

Start Date: ASAP/ Easter 

Supply desk is pleased to be working with a good rated school in the Chesham area that challenge the pupils to the best of their ability no matter what challenges they may face. The school is looking for a teacher with experience in teaching Early years pupils that help to fulfil their potential.

The role will require the following responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering lessons that challenge the pupils
• Keep the students enthusiastic about learning
• Motivate and stimulate a child's learning abilities, often encouraging learning through experience
• Keeping the pupils engaged with the lessons
• Create an environment that allows the pupils to thrive
• Monitor and set targets for the social and academic progress of all pupils
• Endeavour to build good relationships with the students, so there is mutual respect
• Motivate and stimulate a child's learning abilities, often encouraging learning through experience

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Current valid DBS or the willingness to obtain one.
• Hold QTS / PGCE or the equivalent (Unqualified Teachers also welcome to apply)
• Able to provide two years’ worth of employment references.
• Early years teacher status (EYTS) and meet the teachers standards’
• Prior experience in a nursery, preschool or school 
• Positive and enthusiastic approach to education.
• Ability to commute to High Wycombe
