Early Years Practitioner

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic person to join our team of nurturing practitioners to
cover Maternity leave for 12 months in the first instance with the possibility of continued employment at the end of that period.
Person Specification
Candidates must hold at least a level 2 relevant qualification in Early Years.
The ability to work as part of a team
The ability to engage well with children aged 0-5 years, understanding and supporting their learning and developmental needs as a Keyperson
Work in partnership with families and agencies
Have basis I.T. skills
Good communication skills
Be reliable and punctual
Have a passion for working with children
Willing to attend relevant training such as Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding Children, Step On and refresh these when needed
Previous experience is preferred but not essential
40 hours per week until May 2025
51 weeks a year (all year round)
8 Hour shifts between 7.30am- 5.45pm
Monday-Friday
