Job DescriptionChildren, Education and Justice Services Early Years Officer - Fixed Term to 26/06/2025Flora Stevenson Primary School Salary: £30,751 - £36,312 (pro-rata for sessional and part time)Hours: 21 per week, 39 weeks sessional Monday, Thursday and Friday. An opportunity has arisen for an Early Years Officer to join the Flora's Family on a fixed term basis. Working in Early Years you will be committed to our motto of every child matters and every child achieves. You will be warm and friendly and will be committed to meeting and responding to children with ASN. Working in a 60 full-time place nursery and 75-90 place P1 setting, you will be a team player and will enjoy working alongside others. Our Nursery Team consists of 10 staff members. This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. You will be required to provide this check.
