The Grad@BrightHorizons ProgrammeYear 1 of the programme will focus on foundation modules, introducing core skills such as leading pedagogy and building positive relationships with your team and the families you meet. Year 2 of the programme you have the opportunity to choose from two exciting professional development routes;Route one is a comprehensive internal leadership programme, combining training and hands-on experience required to provide you with the skills to be an effective early years leader. Route two is an early years teacher training programme (EYITT) leading to Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), and is delivered as distance learning across England, through our partnership with Huddersfield University.
