**Role Overview:**

As an Early Years Educator, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere for children aged 0-5 years. You'll work closely with their experienced team to plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning and development, while ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
**Key Responsibilities:**

- Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities

- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

- Observing and recording children's progress

- Ensuring a safe and stimulating environment at all times

- Supporting children's personal, social, and emotional development

- Collaborating with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education
**Requirements:**

- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent

- Previous experience working in a nursery setting

- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- A genuine passion for working with young children
