Early Years Educator - Merton

Career Teachers are seeking an experienced teaching assistant for a full-time, long-term role as an Early Years Educator in a fantastic Primary School in Merton, South London! This role is beginning immediately, and requires a Level 3 Nursery Nurse Qualification or equivalent.

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with class teachers to ensure each child fulfils their potential. You'll engage with students individually or in small groups, including those with additional learning needs such as ASD, ADHD, Learning Difficulties, and more.

Qualifications and Experience:

We're looking for candidates with prior childcare or school-related experience - babysitting, tutoring, coaching, summer camps, teaching assistant roles, etc. While experience with special educational needs is a plus, it's not mandatory. You will also need:

• A valid and up-to-date Enhanced DBS, on the Update Service,
• Valid Right to Work status in the UK,
• A Level 3 Early Years/Nursery Nurse Qualification,
• And excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for education!
