Burton and South Derbyshire College is seeking a dedicated individual to serve as an Early Years Course Leader within their education department. The role involves leading and delivering a variety of courses tailored to early childhood education, focusing on nurturing the development of children from infancy to early school years. A degree or equivalent qualification in Early Childhood Education or Primary Education related experience is highly preferred.

Proficiency in early childhood development theories and EYFS frameworks, including knowledge of relevant educational frameworks and regulations, is essential.
Experience in designing and implementing engaging and age-appropriate learning activities for young children is advantageous.
