The apprenticeship tutor will run and deliver the Early Years apprenticeship programme via a blended learning approach. The role will require the successful candidate to have a good understanding of the delivery of Apprenticeships, Level 2 and Level 3 in Early Years Education.
This tutor will inspire and ensure that every person that goes through either an apprenticeship with us will have an opportunity to thrive and succeed. They will also be responsible for mentoring the apprentices during their work placements and ensuring they are in a safe environment where they can progress and learn.
Deliver the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship.
Deliver inclusive and high-quality courses, materials and opportunities to all learners and to liaison with the Education and Quality Assurance Managers to ensure and address the quality of work offered, and actively seek to eliminate any indirect or direct discriminatory practice or behaviours.
Assess learner's performance in the workplace.
Deliver training on 1:1 or group basis - face to face.

Comply with the internal quality assurance strategy to ensure that assessments are delivered to a high standard.
Undertake appropriate training as identified through the classroom observation and line management process.
Teaching Qualification at Level 3/5 or similar and Qualified Teacher Status.
Have experience working within the childcare / early years sector.
Experience of working with young people aged 16 plus.
At least five years' experience working in an education, as a tutor, training, and development environment with a demonstrable track record of successful outcomes.

A strong understanding of functional skills, specifically legacy English, and Maths (Desirable).
