Oakleaf Partnership are representing a distinguished London based law firm that is invested in shaping and supporting long-term careers.
They are seeking an Early Careers Advisor to join their busy HR function.
What is the role?
You will be responsible for leading the attraction, selection, and onboarding of future trainee solicitors and executives.
This pivotal role includes managing the candidate attraction strategy, building key relationships with universities, and orchestrating around 150 events annually to engage with potential candidates.
Candidate profile / experience?
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 18 months’ experience in a similar role, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to engage with stakeholders effectively. The ideal candidate will be confident, committed, and capable of thriving under pressure, with a talent for multitasking and meeting tight deadlines.
