Early Help OfficerThe company is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Early Help Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing early help services to families in need.Job Responsibilities:Provide early help services to families in needAssess the needs of families and develop support plansWork closely with partner agencies to provide a coordinated approach to service deliveryContribute to the development and delivery of training programmes for professionals and familiesEnsure that all work is carried out in line with relevant policies, procedures and legislationRequirements:Experience of working with children, young people and familiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage a complex workloadKnowledge of relevant policies, procedures and legislationA relevant qualification in social work, early years or a related fieldWorking Hours and Rate:Full time role working Monday - Friday 9am-5pm which is currently paying £19.00ph!The company is committed to providing a high-quality service to families in need and is looking for an individual who shares this commitment.
