Job Title: Early Careers Recruitment Manager EMEA
Rate: £275 Per Day PAYE / Inside IR35
Location: Sheffield
Travel : Krakow – occasional travel
Duration – 12 months
Our client HSBC is currently seeking an Early Careers Recruitment Manager to join their team working from their offices in Sheffield with some travel and overnight stays to London and Krakow, Poland required, this contract will initially be for 12 months.
Role Purpose
Work with the business to design, manage and execute the campus marketing and attraction strategy for Graduate, Summer Intern and Apprentice hires across Digital Business Services (DBS).
Manage events and recruitment activities on D&I initiatives.
The wider Early Careers Recruitment team in Sheffield and Krakow
Support the DBS business with their Emerging Talent hiring needs - Graduate, Schools & Apprenticeship hiring as relevant
Experience / Qualifications
Team management ideally with experience of graduate recruitment in Poland
Graduate recruitment and marketing experience (ideally within a global Financial Services or Professional Services environment)
Understanding of different educational systems (Europe, Americas, Asia-Pacific)
User of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint) of HR systems / databases / Applicant Tracking Systems
Language desirable but must be fluent in English of 12 months experience working in this sector
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of Student Recruitment
Manage a team of 5-6 direct reports based in Sheffield and Krakow
Execute the target university and on campus approach
Work with Senior Leadership team to design and deliver best practice approach to all aspects of Graduate, Intern, Insight and Apprenticeship recruitment
Build relationships with ‘on programme’ graduate cohort and support with their development
Oversee active relationships and knowledge base with defined target universities under remit. Ensure cross-business activity is developed and a partnership approach with fellow Recruitment Managers and the global team in order to present a united face on campus
Build ongoing, year-round relationships with university careers services and student societies etc. to effectively plan and execute all campus event logistics for milk round campaign for relevant target universities under ownership
Regularly attend campus events at target universities across UK
Regularly attend networking seminars to keep abreast of industry developments / competitor activity and share learning with team and stakeholders
Oversee sourcing of business representatives for all events
