Reporting to the Head of Early Careers, this busy and varied role will involve coordinating and managing graduate and summer internship recruitment for the fee earning departments in our London and Winchester offices.Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:Managing the recruitment of graduates and summer internsMain point of contact for multiple departments (Pensions Actuarial, Investment Consulting, DC Investment & Governance, Insurance Consulting, Pensions Management Consulting, Energy (LCP Delta), Health Analytics and Digital Services) across our two office main locations (London and Winchester) to support with any Early Careers recruitment needsLiaising with the Head of Early Careers to deliver the recruitment strategyManaging the Assistant Early Careers Recruiter: helping them to develop their skills and coordinate their workloadMaintenance of LCP’s online materials and printed grad/intern publications, including working with all departments and offices to incorporate their feedbackWorking with the Head of Early Careers, marketing team and department heads on production of new materialsMaintaining the applicant tracking system and ensuring it remains fit for purposeCoordinating the application screening process across the departments and offices – ensuring candidates are called in ahead of the assessment day and answering any queries Coordination of the assessment days: drafting schedules, calling candidates in for assessment, booking logistics, coordinating the offers/declines with department leads and managing reimbursement of expensesEnsuring graduate requirements for UK Visa and Immigration requests are metCoordinating attendance at university careers fairs (including booking with university, arranging publicity materials with venue, organising attendees and briefing them on logistics, travel bookings and arranging relevant materials to be delivered to event) Coordinating attendance at ad-hoc events (including attendees and presentation materials)Liaising with e.g. Institute and Faculty of Actuaries contacts and arranging attendance at eventsLiaising with other external agencies e.g. Bright Network on promotional materialsCoordinating sponsorship arrangements with universitiesCreating content ideas for social media to publicise events and opportunitiesCollating information on applications and offers for reporting purposesMaintaining calendar of events and ensuring tasks are completed within the teamContinual review of changes in graduate and intern market – exploring new opportunities for considerationInvolvement with wider firm initiatives relevant to early careers recruitment e.g., diversity lead initiatives, Women’s Talent AcademyWhat skills and experience are we looking for?Recruitment experience is essential for the role but knowledge of early careers recruitment is desirableHighly organised, able to multi-task in busy periodsAbility to work with the existing team to ensure successful management of applications, including providing cover during busy periodsAbility to take tasks through to completion seeking approval where neededConfident in approaching others within the firm and externallyProactive in proposing ideas and taking work forwardCreative and can generate ideas in relation to the use of social media in order to attract talentIs competent in Microsoft products including word, PowerPoint and excelWhat’s in it for you?Take a look at ourGlassdoor page to see why our people love being here!
