C&C Search are currently recruiting a fantastic opportunity within Early Careers for an established Law firm!All about the company I would be working for!What they do: Law firmSize of the business: NationalThe Job:Job Title: Early Careers ManagerHybrid: South-West England / Hybrid Salary: £45,000 - £58,000Benefits: Income protection, private medical, strong training, and growth opportunitiesWhat would I be doing day to day?Support the development and execution of the Early Careers strategy for the firm. Managing end-to-end recruitment and development for trainees and apprentices. Partner regularly with the wider People teams.Key duties:Workforce planning to understand firms requirementsDesign and manage external promotion schemesDesign and implement annual graduate recruitment programme (from setting up timetables to applications, selection for interview, assessment centres, and assessors)Work with the Talent Development team on onboarding, new seat inductions, mentoring processes, trainning requirements and training for supervisorsManaging seat rotationSupporting and being the 'go-to' during examination periods and managing exam resultsDeveloping and managing appraisals and reviewing systemUpdate processes, review career progression strategies and monitor changes to regulatory frameworksCreate relevant reports to reflect stats throughout the early careers lifecycleWhat is the company looking for?4+ years' experience in Early CareersExperience within the Legal sector or Partnership led firmExperience managing Graduate and or Apprentices programmesProactive, highly organised and strategicExcellent communication skills, building rapport with internal partners and Early Career cohortsIf this sounds like you apply or refer!At C&C Search, diversity, equity and inclusion are at the core of who we are and how we operate.Our commitment to these values is unwavering - across all our work in recruitment, and in our training and development programmes.
