Job DescriptionEarly Careers Advisor (Blend of development & recruitment)Global Law FirmHybrid working- 3 days in the officeCompetitive salaryI am currently partnering with a Global Law firm to find someone to join their lovely Early Careers team, where you will report into an Assistant Manager and you will support the apprentice scheme and the trainees’ training contracts, balancing the needs of the business and the trainees’ and apprentices’ professional development. This is a really fab opportunity to work across L&D, generalist HR and talent attraction to further develop your career!This includes opportunities to spend a seat in one of our international offices or with one of our clients. You will also support the Graduate Recruitment team with the assessment and recruitment of trainee solicitors, solicitor apprentices and vacation scheme students for the UK.Responsibilities:Development:Support the he seat planning processSupport the design, co-ordination and delivery of bespoke learning and development programmes Support induction presentations With the trainee qualification process Supporting with organising and attending events for the current and future trainee solicitors and solicitor apprentices HRSupport ER or general HR matters pertaining to cohortWork with the Mobility team on all things pertaining to VISA'sSupport the administrative processes relating to compensation, employee life cycle eg joiners and leavers general administration including tracking appraisals and training recordsRecruitment Selection and Assessment:Moderation meetings for selection processSupport with the recruitment of the campus ambassador programmeUniversity visitsWhat are they looking for?Previous law firm experience is desirableCommercial in approachProven track record of taking responsibilityWork collaboratively and take directionExcellent accuracy and attention to detail in written and oral communication
